Our 26th year without ever taking it down! Live in Wisconsin and it has held up beautifully. I am so glad I made this choice. Had a deck built around it and it’s been so easy to care for. Had a built in pool with a liner in my last house-a nightmare. Vinyl liner was flimsy and it always popped out. We recently visited Splashtime Pools & Spas in Elkhorn as we begin shopping for a new hot tub, and we had a very positive experience. The sales associate was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with throughout our visit. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the differences between various spa models, and provide thoughtful recommendations based on our needs rather than using a high-pressure sales approach.

We appreciated the wealth of information provided and left feeling much more informed about our options. While we have not yet made a final decision, Splashtime has certainly earned a spot at the top of our list, and we will likely be returning as we continue evaluating our choices. Loving Splashtime pools & spas!!! Dan F was so helpful with assisting me to find the perfect pool vacuum for my budget! A few days earlier a very nice lady on the phone attempted to help me get air out of our lines. The team who came to my house to fix the heater this year was very knowledgeable! Was having trouble with my hot tub…..water turned cloudy and couldn’t get it back to clear.  Rob and Jesus dropped by to service my pool and said they’d take a look at my hot tub as well.
